Class Description
Yoga poses to strengthen the body, while grounding and centring the nervous sytem. A complete workout for inner and outer wellbeing, including both classic yoga poses and those from the Rajadhiraja tradition. Join us online for this beautifully calming evening class. All you'll need is a quiet place to set out a yoga mat and online device. You may also want to have a cushion and blanket to hand for seated meditations and deep relaxations. This is a weekly booking option, at the full rate of £10 per class. Choose a block booking to get my special discounted rate. The current block of classes takes us up until a break for Easter - the last session being on the 8th April. We'll be back in class on the 29th April, for which you can book ahead here on the website.
